Request Account and Data Deletion
We take your privacy seriously. If you wish to permanently delete your account and all associated data from EduPilotPro, you can submit a deletion request using the form below. Your account and data will be deleted within 30 days.
Account Deletion Request Form
To verify your identity and process your deletion request, please provide the following information. After submission, you will receive a confirmation email with next steps.
1. Verification
We will send a verification email to confirm your identity using the information you provided.
2. Confirmation
You will need to click a confirmation link in the email to proceed with the deletion.
3. Processing
After confirmation, your account and all associated data will be deleted within 30 days.
4. Confirmation
You will receive a final email confirming the successful deletion of your account and data.

- •Personal profile information
- •Login history and session data
- •All associated workspace access
- •Notification preferences
For School Operators: If you are deleting a school workspace, please contact support as this may require special handling.
Student Data: If you are a student, your school must process your data deletion request separately.
Retention Requirements: Some data may be retained temporarily for legal or compliance purposes, but will be securely destroyed within 60 days.
